This works very well. It helps me wake up, but doesn’t keep me awake if I need to go to bed. It is not jittery or awful in anyway. Like it has been such a relief to have something so helpful. I have energy issues usually more physical. But it helps with that. Just enough to make the day easier. So well worth the money :-) You’ll be pleased you gave it a try. It’s just caffeine and inosotel. nothing crazy and safe!
